• Delivery Time:
  • Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days
• Shipping Charges:
  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  • Free delivery on orders above ৳3000!
• Order Processing:
  Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we've got you covered.

• Return/Exchange Window:
  You can return or exchange products within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Eligible Returns:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Item not as described

• Conditions for Returns:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Invoice/receipt must be presented
  • No returns on clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
